A product direction, a working prototype, a design-system audit, or a team workshop. We agree on the question and the output before the sprint starts.
Retainer
$4,500/mo and up
Ongoing support at an agreed monthly capacity.
I can lead the design work, make the work, improve the system around it, or cover all three. Capacity is set before we start so nobody is guessing.
Project
Custom
A defined problem, discovery through launch.
Research, flows, prototypes, testing, production UI, and implementation support — scoped to what the problem actually needs.
