About
I stay close to the work.
I'm Lee Gordon, a product designer with more than 15 years of experience. I've worked at agencies including R/GA and DigitasLBi, in-house at Nokia and Covetrus, and most recently led design at Fold.
I move between research, product strategy, interface design, design systems, and code. The job changes with the problem. Sometimes the right artifact is a journey map. Sometimes it is a working prototype that exposes what the team still does not understand.
My current work is about agentic interfaces: products that can plan, act, and make decisions. I care about where people stay in control, how the system explains itself, and what happens when it gets something wrong.
