I design and build digital products.

I'm Lee Gordon, a product designer with more than 15 years of experience. I've worked at R/GA and DigitasLBi, in-house at Nokia and Covetrus, and most recently led design at Fold.

My work covers research, product direction, interface design, design systems, and code. What I make depends on what the team needs to learn. That might be a journey map, a prototype, or the production interface.

I currently work mostly on AI products. I focus on what people can see and control, how the system explains its actions, and how it recovers from mistakes.
