Twenty-one folders taught me one thing
The StickerGiant directory was full of experiments, but the folder count was not the value.
- StickerGiant
- Practice review
I counted 21 project folders: survey work, mobile navigation, component libraries, a brand playbook, typography and design reviews, post-purchase states, reviews, filters, badges, landing pages, print automation, and product video ideas.
Some had working prototypes and clear decision records. Two were basically empty. A few had polished scaffolds with the important handoff still missing. That inventory changed my standard: a project now needed a brief, an artifact I could inspect, and a record of what happened next.
