The loop moved into the conversation
I wanted Loopy to begin where product decisions already happen, not in another empty dashboard.

I drew the core Buzz experience in Pencil, then built a local Loopy agent with its own Hermes profile and strict approval gates.
A synthetic channel thread became a brief, three directions, a human choice, a small test, and evidence returned to the same thread.
In that local test, a synthetic participant recovered the problem, chosen direction, and next decision without rereading the source conversation. The test also exposed an ambiguity between the next decision and later questions, so I changed the canvas.
I kept that correction in the next version. The prototype gave me something observable to improve.
