The demo had to survive Monday morning

Loopy was becoming a product, which meant the boring failures were now design material.

  • Loopy
  • Hosted reliability

I moved Loopy from a local control loop toward a hosted product. That exposed everything a polished prototype lets you ignore: stale browser chunks, lost agent sessions, long-running builds, missing model keys, worker restarts, and unclear recovery.

I added safer fallbacks, actionable errors, health checks, deployment runbooks, and stricter network boundaries. The interface also learned to keep the original artifact when a repair failed. Loopy became less magical and more useful, which was the point.
