The agents' work became the interface
A flow diagram was explaining Loopy while hiding the only thing worth watching.
- Loopy
- Live iteration experience
I had given the pipeline too much screen. It showed that agents were busy, but not whether their work was any good. I minimized the diagram and made the live brief, research, concepts, critique, and decision the center of the page.
Brief Studio replaced a long form with a guided conversation. The research gate let me steer before concepts were generated. Resume logic kept a slow build from restarting every time the worker hiccupped.
Clients do not need a theater of agents. They need to see the work, understand the current decision, and know where to intervene.
