I started testing the whole loop
A clean demo tells me almost nothing about whether a client can trust the product.
- Loopy
- Full-loop QA
I ran Loopy from design-system setup through brief, directions, concept selection, build, review, and the next decision. Then I tested the awkward states: a missing source, a stale job, a broken credential, and an iteration pinned to old design rules.
The failures were more useful than the happy path. They led to immutable design-system snapshots, safer recovery, clearer empty states, and a setup that could be rebuilt locally without mystery credentials. Those repairs showed me what I still needed to prove before asking a client to trust it.
