Product education belongs in the interaction

Customers should not need a support article to understand the choice in front of them.

I prototyped a responsive product-list filter with product counts, active chips, unavailable choices, a clear zero state, and a mobile drawer. I also built a material tab concept that paired product specifications with a video-player shell.

Both were about the same job: helping a customer understand the catalog while they were making a choice. The filter used sample product data. The video slots were still placeholders. I left those limits visible and did not call the work production-ready.

A prototype can create value before it ships if it makes the decision easier to review.
