I added a project setup that captured the product, audience, goals, data, competitors, and constraints once. Every later brief and design agent had to read that context before making anything.
After evaluation, I could push the working build into Figma, let people annotate the canvas, and bring those notes back into the next round. The agent did the regeneration while the team kept the decision rights. That was the shape I wanted for client work.
